Anthony Bourdain

As someone who spent several years in the service industry, Anthony Bourdain got it. Not just the work, or the customers. His entire perspective on humanity could only come from that experience. The way you see people when you are serving them is different from any other vantage point. He wrote about that world with honesty and without apology, and he made it into something worth celebrating.
